If your order includes tracking, there are two places where you can review your shipping details:
- Lovepop.com Account
- If you placed your order using an email address associated with a Lovepop.com account, you can view your order history and shipping details by logging in to your account.
- Email Notification
- Check your inbox for an email from 'email@example.com.’
If you do not see a shipping/tracking email in your inbox, we recommend checking your Promotions, Spam, Junk/Trash, and Blocked folders. We also recommend that you add 'Lovepopcards.com' to your approved contact list.
- Not all orders qualify for tracking. If your shipment does not include tracking or your link isn’t working, please wait until the end of your expected delivery window. You can find the delivery window in your order confirmation.
- Tracking details may take 48 hours to populate after the initial acceptance scan by our carrier.
- Orders of 2 or more items may be split into multiple shipments so that your items are received as quickly as possible. If you’ve ordered multiple items, you may see multiple tracking numbers for your order. If you’re still waiting for part of your order, this may be why!
