What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that, and we want to get this fixed for you! While we take every precaution to make sure your items get to you safe and sound, accidents do happen!

Our Lovepop Customer Happiness Team is here to assist you in processing a replacement or refund for your damaged items. 

Please send an email to hello@lovepopcards.com and kindly include and attach pictures of the damaged items, along with your customer and order details and one of our Happiness team members will contact you.
