Return and RMA Policy

As of October 1st, 2023, Lovepop Wholesale orders and products are no longer eligible for return for credit. (In the rare event you receive incorrect or damaged products, please contact the Wholesale Team).

Why have we made this change?

We listened to your feedback and we’ve made some huge improvements! Our brand new Wholesale Portal is now available to all of our valued Retail Partners!

The Portal brings a number of huge improvements!
● No order minimum - purchase only what you need!
● Huge product assortment - over 900 products now available!
● Reduced free shipping threshold - receive free shipping at ~$500! (reduced from $1,000)
● And more!

Because a minimum order size is no longer required, returns of unsold Seasonal inventory will no longer be accepted. Please know that any cards returned to us will not be given credit towards a future purchase.
