How Can I Track My Same-Day Delivery?Updated an hour ago

Once your same-day order is placed, we'll send a tracking link to your email so you can follow your order from preparation through delivery.

Your tracking link will show your order's progress all the way through delivery confirmation.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Our courier instructions are to leave the gift at the delivery address.

Can you deliver to offices, hospitals, or apartment buildings?

Yes. Same-day orders can be delivered to these locations. For hospital deliveries, our couriers will leave the package at the hospital's main lobby, front desk, or security reception.
