Our Same-Day Store makes it easy to choose something special, add your personal touch, and have it delivered directly to your recipient.

Are all Lovepop products available?

Same-day orders are fulfilled by a local Lovepop outpost, usually one of our retail stores. 

Because of this, product availability depends on what's currently in stock at that location. We do our best to keep our most popular products available at every outpost.

Can I personalize a card and send it directly to the recipient?

Yes! Choose the perfect card or gift and add your personalized note. We'll compose, seal, and deliver it directly to your recipient.

Will the price or receipt be included?

If you personalize your product, it will arrive fully composed:

• Your personalized note will be placed inside the card.

• The card will be placed inside its envelope.

• The envelope will be sealed.

• The sealed envelope will be placed inside a mailer.

No price or receipt will be included with the delivery. If you order a non-personalized product, it will arrive in its protective packaging. Most Lovepop products do not have price markings.

What's the difference between the Same-Day Cart and Standard Cart?

The Same-Day Store has its own cart and checkout, separate from our main Lovepop store.
Same-Day Store items must be checked out through the Same-Day Store, while standard items must be checked out through the main store. The two cannot be combined into a single order.

If you already have items in your standard cart when you visit the Same-Day Store, don't worry—we'll save them for you when you return.
