What does it mean when an item is on pre-order or back-order?Updated 23 days ago

When an item isn’t currently available, it may be listed as either a pre-order or a back-order, depending on where it is in our production process. Due to popularity, some items may go out of stock from time to time—these become back-orders while we work on replenishing them. Some items can still be purchased ahead of time as a pre-order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products currently being created in production. These items can be purchased even though they are not yet in stock, and they will ship once they are completed and ready.

Back-Orders

Back-order items are products that temporarily went out of stock and are being replenished. These items cannot be purchased until they return to available inventory. When back-order items are ready again, they will become available to add to your cart as normal.

Note: Pre-order items do not ship right away. Instead, they will ship separately at a later date via standard shipping.
