Why didn’t my rewards points work at checkout?Updated 9 days ago
If you tried to redeem your points but didn’t see the discount apply, don’t worry. This can happen for a few common reasons:
1. You weren’t logged in
Rewards points only apply when you're logged into your Lovepop account. If you checked out as a guest, your points won’t be used. Check if you were signed in when placing your order. If not, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team for help.
2. You clicked "Redeem," but the discount didn’t apply
Make sure the discount is shown in the order summary before placing your order.
3. Your order is already completed
If the order has been placed and the discount didn’t go through, points can’t be applied afterward.
4. You’re using a promo code
Rewards points can’t currently be combined with other promotional codes.
Can I use rewards points with Shop Pay or Apple Pay?
Not at this time. Some express checkout methods (like Shop Pay or Apple Pay) may skip the loyalty redemption field. To redeem points, switch your payment method to a credit card during checkout.
My rewards points disappeared after I clicked redeem. Where did they go?
If you clicked “Redeem” but didn’t complete your order, your points weren’t used. Sometimes they may just take a moment to reappear in your account. Try refreshing your page or logging out and back in.
