If you are a tax-exempt customer, we’re happy to help you get your sales tax refunded after purchase. Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order as usual

Add your items to your cart, check out, and pay in full (including sales tax, if applicable).

2. Email us your tax-exempt documentation

Once your order is placed, email our Customer Happiness team.
In your email, please include:

• Your order number

• A copy of your tax-exempt certificate.

3. We’ll process your refund

After we review and verify your documentation, we’ll issue a refund for the sales tax portion to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.

Tip: Make sure your certificate is valid and matches the name or organization listed on your order.
